Site Planning & Review
We evaluate potential sites using clear criteria to determine suitability for bike parks and trail facilities. Our assessments consider the sites natural terrain, topography, vegetation, drainage, utilities, site access, connectivity, and environmental factors — ensuring realistic, effective, and responsible development plans.
The initial layout and design of a track will have a significant impact on the success of the facility. Main considerations in the design of the pump track site include its relationship to existing park amenities, such as adjacent sports fields, landscaped areas, walkways, and parking areas, in addition to planning for drainage and water service.
